General Characteristics
1. High compactness
High compactness of our products is guaranteed by material composition of basic mixture, consisting of silica sand, high-quality cements and plasticizer. Appointed stone kinds are enriched with ceramsite in the basic compound. This composition ensures high material solidness and hardness and simultaneously the final product is noticeably lighter than materials made of classic concrete.
2. Endurance
High endurance and weather resistance is ensured by using of certificated materials combined with our permanently supervised production method, therefore we can guarantee a long term endurance of our products.
However, the warranty in a full scope can apply only if recommended components also for final application are used.
3. Wide range of products
At the present time we produce basic assortment of 10 types of stone and we are continually working on enlargement of our production. We plan to reach projected number of more than twenty kinds of stone in order to cover in a full range the variety of natural stones used in building industry.
4. Great choice of colors
Our products are characterized by many color combinations. Some of them are common for more types, others are specific only for certain kind of stone. We aim that each manufactured stone was of a color scheme as it is found in the nature. In addition, we are able to create any of our products in a special combination of colors according to customer’s wishes.
The keystone of color variety of our products is a special method of coloring which affords to use more ways of color application and their combination.
All colors used by our company come from a certified well-known producer.
5. Thermal-insulation
By using a sponge concrete that is made of standard mixture by adding of lightening element (ceramsite), this product becomes a very interesting material also from the thermal-insulating point of view. This fact’s importance is evident particularly these days, characterized by efforts to improve thermal-insulating attributes of buildings. The saying that stone is "cold" is in our case not true anymore, on the contrary, our products provide besides exclusive look of natural stone also significantly better thermal insulation characteristics as compared to natural stone or common artificial stone.
6. Price
To our company’s priorities belongs i.e. the effort to help to reduce costs of our clients.
Therefore, it is worth to mention also the issue of price of our products. Generally, the price of natural stone varies, mainly as a combination of localization and bountifulness of its appearance in the nature and the distance between the location of its yielding and the location of its use.
In most of the cases the price of our products (or artificial stone in general) is lower than that of natural stone.
However, what is more interesting is the fact that the price of stone alone is only a part of total costs.
The real difference when both materials are compared is evident after the costs of installation are included. In case of cast stone’s use they are significantly lower than costs when a natural stone is used.
7. Quality’s warranty
The crucial parameter in customer’s decision making is besides product’s quality almost always a quality of provided services.
Our company works in terms of strict quality management and quality control in each step of our activities, from an order’s receiving to the final delivery of desired products to customer.
Each piece of stone is basically an original product and all our employees are associated with this philosophy. The basic mixture’s parameters as its firmness, hardness, weather resistance, colorfastness etc. are guaranteed by semi-automatic manufacturing process and then by extra supervision of every piece of stone.
A creation of the final look of our products is an individual activity, based on combination of colors, methods of application and individual approach of particular worker, specialized on creating products´ design.
Exact formula and craftsmanship of our workers ensure the same basic cooler of the product in all manufacturing series combined with a variety of details copying the natural stone.
Moreover, a final character (shape, size and individual design) of stone can be influenced by combination of particular forms. We have tenths of them for each of the manufactured types, so every delivery to a final customer becomes a real original.

Field of application
Lightened concrete facing items can substitute rare and generally more expensive natural stone in both - interior and exterior. They are used e.g. for facade facings (residential buildings, industrial objects), decorative facing of walls, fences, columns, terraces, stairs, landscaping, fireplace decoration etc.
Testing
- Our products are in accordance with regulations of Law no. 90/1998 of compiled statutes of Slovak republic on constructional products in later enactments,
- the norm STN 72 3210 "Concrete prefabricates. Paving bricks. Terrazzo bricks." applies on product and its production.

Product attributes
Our product imitates a natural material – stone or brick. Front surface of facing items is compact and smooth; it reduces the probability of getting dirty and extends its durability. Back side of products is flat and optimally profiled to ensure good adhesion to a basic material.
Stabile and balanced solidness is guaranteed by certificated material composition of basic mixture, which contains silica sand, high-quality cements and a plasticizer. Appointed stone kinds are enriched with ceramsite in basic mixture. This composition ensures high material hardness and simultaneously the final product is markedly lighter than materials made of classic concrete.

Safety regulations
Components used in the production are certificated by authorized institutions and they meet all requirements in terms of valid legislation in EU countries for this type of production. Our products are in accordance to regulations of Law no. 90/1998 of compiled statutes of Slovak republic on constructional products in later enactments and to standard no. STN 72 3210. Our products do not contain any dangerous substances; they are fireproof and sanitary clean, without any negative influences on humans or environment.
Empty packages removal
Empty packages do not contain any dangerous substances and they can be handled as standard waste.
Others
Conditions of use and field of application of our products can often vary. Universal characteristics and information are stated in this technical document. It is client’s own responsibility to check applicability and possibility of product’s use for intended aim. We highly recommend asking us for advice if there are special requirements or conditions of use.
Packaging
We package our products into two types of boxes:
1st type of box
This type of box (length 50 cm x width 38 cm x height 15 cm) contains 1 sqm if we put inside the lighter stones - Salon de Provence, Ile de France, Avignon. We lay 24 boxes on one palette; hence one palette contains 24 sqm.
If we put heavier stones - Orly, Bretagne, Biarritz and Aquitaine into this type of box, it contains 0,5 sqm.
In this case we lay 32 boxes on one palette, hence one palette contains 16 sqm.
Maximum weight of this type of a box is 33 kg.
Maximum weight of products on a palette is 24 x 33 = 792 kg plus weight of a palette and packaging material (max. 30 kg), totally 822 kg.
2nd type of box
This type of box (length 50 x width 23 x height 20 cm) serves exclusively for packaging of Versailles stones and contains 0,5 sqm.
Maximum weight of this type of box is 25 kg.
We lay 36 boxes on one palette; hence one palette contains 18 sqm.
Maximum weight of products on a palette is 36 x 25 = 900 kg plus weight of a palette and packaging material (max. 30 kg), totally 950 kg.
Relation between number of boxes and their total weight can vary if the delivery contains corners. For approximate calculation, the corners´ box is circa a half of the weight of that with flat pieces.
